With rumors flying around about the Indianapolis Colts looking to trade both wide receiver Reggie Wayne and defensive end Robert Mathis, I’m here to tell you it won’t happen.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter did bring up the idea of the Colts trading Wayne to the Buffalo Bills and Mathis to the New York Jets, since they’re going to be free agents after this season. But it was just an idea of his.
Shefter even posted a message on Twitter this morning that stated the trade won’t happen.
I want to reiterate the fact that the Colts have never had the thought of trading either Wayne or Mathis and it won’t happen.
